
Beef jerky is one of my favorite snacks, but it's very difficult to find commercial beef jerky that isn't made with soy sauce and with sugar. Most beef jerkies contain quite a few carbs per serving, in addition to an insanely high sodium amount. This homemade beef jerky is not only way tastier than commercial versions, it's also made with no soy sauce and no sugar.
