I’m not sure why it took me so long to add this easy meatball recipe to this website. I’ve been making it for several years now.
It’s one of those recipes that you make so often, you don’t even need a recipe anymore! Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel the need to have it on the blog. This blog, after all, is pretty much the only cookbook...
