It's ready to fly- just add your receiver! (And if not a Mikado VControl TX then also software downgrade the VBAR to 5.3 too to work with whatever you do have)
Built new from kit by me (not an upgraded older model) in summer 2014 and has only 16 flights on it - it's perfect, never been crashed was built using proper Loctite, epoxy and Tri-Flo greases. It only has some superficial marks on the canopy with installing and removing the canopy as all stock Mikado canopies suffer from.
